Booking and pricing
Your price is based on the service, the size of your space and any extras you choose. It updates as you go, so you see the full price before you book.
Your cleaner
Yes. Every cleaner who works on a KOSMOS booking is vetted and insured, and every job is overseen by our team.
Access and on the day
Not at all. Many clients leave a key or access code. Add your access details when you book and we will take it from there.
Changes and cancellations
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your clean.
Short-let and commercial
Yes. Add your check-out and next check-in times when you book and we will schedule the clean in between.
